Our team began by creating a master plan for the 250‑acre site, including preliminary layouts and conceptual design. The site, which features a rolling landscape and two large naturally fed ponds, has been developed to include a casino, hotel, RV park and possible c‑store. The 71,000 SF casino with 52,000 SF gaming floor features 1,000 gaming machines, eight table games, dedicated high stakes area, bar, restaurant seating 110, players’ club and gift shop. The 58,000 SF hotel includes 89 guestrooms, as well as meeting spaces, a business center, fitness center, additional food and beverage venue, and a resort-style pool with hot tub. The RV park accommodates 20 RVs with connections for water, sewer and power.
