Design for this fast-track project kicked off in January 2021, with a required construction completion date of December 31, 2021 due to CARES Act funding requirements. Our team jumped into action to provide a design that not only met the owner’s requirements but could also be completed within the required timeframe, regardless of material and labor shortages being experienced widely in the marketplace.

The resulting building houses 66,600 SF of administrative office space, facilities shops and warehouse space. Administrative spaces include a building lobby and reception area in keeping with the design of the River Spirit Casino Resort as well as shared meeting space and new office suites for HR Recruiting, Office of Public Gaming, Security and Transportation. In addition, workshop and office space was provided for River Spirit Facilities Department, including fabrication and wood shops as well as tool and other storage areas.

Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos wanted to relocate and consolidate existing storage into a single, central warehouse. Our team designed a connected 30,000 SF warehouse which includes high-bay storage and elevated loading docks.
