CHEYENNE & ARAPAHO TRIBES EMERGENCY YOUTH SHELTER
Funded with a HUD ICDBG grant, the $1.1M, single-story Emergency Youth Center provides much needed additional residential space to accommodate sixteen youth, as well as space to implement and enhance viable supportive services. The program is also licensed and approved under the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services and accommodates and benefits 100% low-income youth in need of placement and care. The 5,547 SF residential facility includes a large common area, living areas, two parent bedrooms, eight double-occupancy youth bedrooms, four bathrooms, two studies, laundry, kitchen and dining area, a pantry, storage and support spaces.
